James Dotson first experienced the thrill of go-karts in the late 1970's with a yard kart purchased by his parents. In 2008 he began attending races at the kart track in Spring City, TN. He is now set up to race a short schedule for 2009 and continues to support the local track by providing the track web site. James is currently building a new kart for 2010 with hopes of running in the Honda class. He is seeking sponsors to help make that happen. He is interested in sprint kart racing and paved ovals, and occasionally ventures onto a clay oval when time permits.
